Operational Area

Brief Business Model

The Core Framework:

Focused Cultivation:
We focus on two core commodities—Wheat and Mustard—ensuring strong specialization and quality control in our supply chain.

Collective Sourcing & Input Support:
By aggregating demand, we procure quality agricultural inputs at reduced costs, ensuring better yields and lower cultivation expenses for our members.

Value Addition & Processing:
Instead of selling raw produce, we process our commodities into high-value consumer goods. Wheat is milled into Whole Wheat Flour, and Mustard is pressed into pure Mustard Oil. This allows our farmers to capture a higher share of the final consumer price.

Market Linkages:
We bridge the gap between the farm and the consumer, ensuring our farmers get fair returns for their premium products.
