, having its registered office at KHASARA NO 1068, VILLAGE CHANDPUR BLOCK GONDLAU, SIDHAULI SITAPUR Sitapur UP 261303 INDIA (“BMS Naturals”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2.1 Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it, and for providing accurate, current information at checkout.
2.2 Products, pricing and availability
• All products are pre-packaged natural/traditional food products sourced through our network of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). Images are illustrative; natural products may show minor variation in colour, texture and taste from batch to batch — this is normal for minimally processed foods and not a defect.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order. The selling price will never exceed the MRP printed on the pack.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order (including suspected fraudulent or bulk-reseller orders). If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.3 Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order-confirmation email/SMS. Payments are accepted through the methods displayed at checkout (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and, where available, Cash on Delivery). Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways; we do not store your payment credentials.
2.4 Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Refund & Replacement Policy, both published on the Site and forming part of these Terms.
2.5 Food safety and product information
Our facility and products operate under FSSAI License No. 12723067000433. Product pages display ingredient, net-quantity, manufacturer and best-before information. Our products are foods, not medicines; nothing on the Site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read labels for allergen information and consult a qualified professional for dietary or medical concerns.
2.6 Intellectual property
All content on the Site — the BMS Naturals name and logo, product names, photographs, text, graphics and design — is our property or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.
2.7 User conduct and reviews
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, post unlawful or defamatory content, or submit fake reviews. Reviews you submit may be displayed on the Site with your first name; we may remove content that violates these Terms.
2.8 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions).
2.9 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
