We ship across India through trusted courier partners, directly from our processing centre in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh — so your food travels from the farm gate to your kitchen with the fewest possible stops.
3.1 Shipping charges

Available. COD handling fee: Rs 50 per order. COD limit: orders up to Rs. 999 . |
3.2 Delivery timelines
• Order processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (orders placed on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day).
• Lucknow & nearby districts: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of Uttar Pradesh & North India: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch. Remote pin-codes may take longer.
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays during festivals, weather events or regional disruptions are occasionally unavoidable. We will keep you informed.
3.3 Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime at bmsnaturals.com or by writing to care@bmsnaturals.org with your order number.
3.4 Packaging
Being food products, all items are dispatched in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging. Glass jars (ghee, honey) are bubble-wrapped and boxed. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery if possible, or photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
3.5 Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you; re-shipping may attract an additional delivery charge. Refunds for undelivered prepaid orders are processed after the parcel returns to our warehouse.
