• Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay/Shopify Payments and card networks). We do not store your card numbers, CVV or banking passwords on our servers.
• Account information: if you create an account or membership, your login email and order history.
• Device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time spent, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site secure and improve your experience.
• Communications: messages you send us via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
1.2 How we use your information
• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
• To provide customer support and resolve complaints.
• To send you offers, newsletters and product updates only if you have opted in - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
