Brief Business Model

The FPO follows a farmer-centric collective business model focused on agricultural input supply, collective procurement and farmer support services. It provides farmers with access to quality seeds, fertilizers and crop protection products while promoting collective participation in agricultural activities and improving access to essential farm resources.

Collective Sourcing & Input Support:
By aggregating demand, we procure quality agricultural inputs at reduced costs, ensuring better yields and lower cultivation expenses for our members.

Value Addition & Processing:
Instead of selling raw produce, we process our commodities into high-value consumer goods. Wheat is milled into Flour, Mustard is pressed into Oil, and Mango is transformed into Vinegar and Pickles. This allows our farmers to capture a higher share of the final consumer price.
